March Tenant Updates

Weekly Tenant Update (COVID-19) – 3.27.20

Good Afternoon Tenants,

To maintain open, consistent communication and keep you connected to your offices, the Trinity Partners Property Management team will send weekly updates every Friday afternoon as we continue monitoring and managing COVID 19 and its effect on our tenant community and workspaces.

As of today, all our buildings remain open and available for tenant access. We continue to have a staggered maintenance coverage schedule and are monitoring the buildings in real-time to ensure overall operations are ongoing and up to building standards. Many thanks to our on-the-ground team for keeping everything running smoothly.

Our cleaning vendors have shifted their focus from night cleaning to detail cleaning and disinfecting. In addition we should have some hand sanitizer stations in the 1st floor lobbies in the next week or two . Otherwise, all other supplies are normal and adequate, and we do not foresee any upcoming supply issues.

We appreciate your patience as we prioritize work orders based on access and staff availability. Please reach out to the management office directly if you have an emergency that requires immediate attention. Otherwise, using your normal work order request protocol remains the best, most efficient way to connect with us.

While there are significantly fewer employees and service providers on site, we do ask you to continue practicing the recommended social distancing (six feet from another person) and hand washing protocols.

Additionally, we also ask that you notify us immediately if you receive a confirmed case of COVID 19 among your onsite employee base, especially if that employee has been at the building this week.

We hope you and your colleagues are remaining healthy and safe. Please reach out if you have any questions. We will continue to update you regularly.

Sincerely,

Trinity Partners Property Management

Conference Center & Fitness Center Closed Until Further Notice - 3.16.20

With the quickly evolving news surrounding COVID-19 we have made the difficult decision to close the Conference & Fitness Center starting tomorrow (3/17) until further notice. I apologize for the inconvenience but believe temporarily shutting down these common facilities is in the best interest of our tenants as we continue to monitor how this situation will play out in the near future.

We will advise you when the Conference & Fitness Center are re-opened.

Thank you for your understanding,

Trinity Partners Property Management
