Returning to Work

Dear Tenants,

We would like to update you on the latest plans we are implementing to ready the property for your “Return To Work” (RTW) when you are ready to come back to your offices. We kindly request that you share the following information with your co-workers and corporate offices when appropriate.

COMMUNICATION
Most importantly, we remind you to communicate your plan to return. Please let us know when you expect employees will return to your premises -- how many will be returning, and the return timeline as you see it today. We understand your staffing plans may evolve through each opening phase, but any information you can share immediately will be helpful. As a reminder, all tenant employees will be required to wear face masks in the common areas of the building. Please plan accordingly and communicate with your employees regarding this requirement.

HVAC
For the health and wellbeing of all tenants, we have focused the energy of our maintenance technicians on inspecting, cleaning and maintaining the heating and cooling systems that serve the building.  We will be opening outside air supplies to ‘flush’ the buildings and will also be increasing the daily amount of fresh air being brought into the buildings while outside temperatures allow. We follow ASHRAE guidelines when maintaining the building systems in order to provide the highest level of indoor air quality possible.

ELEVATORS / STAIRS
In order to ensure safe social distancing, building elevators will be restricted to four (4) people per cab.  We will provide signage in all elevator lobbies as well as on the floors of the cabs that express this requirement. We understand this may cause delays in getting in and out of the building and would encourage occupants to use the stairs as they are able. Please note we will be designating an UP stairwell and a DOWN stairwell to assist with social distancing. In the event of a true evacuation, both stairwells will revert to emergency exit only.

SIGNAGE
We will be installing a significant amount of new signage in the building which will help you and your guests understand how to safely move about the building. Please take time to inform your co-workers of the new protocols in place.  Everyone’s cooperation with social distancing is much appreciated.

CONTRACTORS/VENDORS/DELIVERIES
We will be asking all vendors accessing the building to provide construction services, deliveries or other tenant support services to follow our new building rules regarding social distancing and personal protective equipment. This includes wearing face masks and gloves.

STAY AT HOME
Respectfully, we ask that you instruct any employee that isn’t feeling well to stay home.

Also we would like to make you aware that all previous communication, Q&A’s, and additional resources can be found on our website at https://toringdon.buildingengines.com/.

We appreciate your partnership as we continue to navigate these ever-changing times. This is a fluid situation which may require us to revisit our plans in the coming weeks. We will continue to update you as we receive additional direction from local and state authorities. We ask that you do the same with us.

We wish you and your colleagues a safe and relaxing weekend.

Sincerely,

Trinity Partners Property Management
