Cleaning Specifications

Dear Tenants,

As this situation continues to progress we wanted to provide some additional clarity on current cleaning specifications taking place at Toringdon Office Park. Our janitorial crews have already stepped up their disinfecting standards in restrooms and high area touch points and during daily sweeps they will look to hit the following.

Day Porters & Night Staff
  • Disinfect High Touch Point Areas: Entry door handles, restroom door handles, elevator call buttons, directory touch screens, water fountains, etc.
  • Disinfect Restrooms: Countertops, soap dispensers, sinks, sink drains, urinals, toilet seats, floors (nightly).
  • All disinfectants being used at the property are capable of killing the Coronavirus.

While these preventative measures are in place and will help combat the issue, we are aware this does not address your individual suites and therefore we have been working with our United Maintenance Corporation to offer some different levels of disinfecting cleaning. We have provided three (3) proposals* which are all geared towards your individual suites and can be contracted directly with our Janitorial Project Manager, Joe Menzer.

*Proposals can be found in "Documents" tab of website homepage.

Above Scope Disinfecting Cleaning for Tenant’s Office Space
  • Full Time Day Porter Services
  • Infectious Disease Proactive Disinfecting Office Space Touch-Point Cleaning
  • Infectious Disease Proactive Disinfecting Office Space Touch-Point Cleaning (Including Horizontal Surfaces)

These proposals were intended to cover the whole spectrum of office spaces at the park so if you don’t have internal restrooms or common areas please disregard as it is only billed on a PSF basis.

If you have any interest in contracting for these additional service please contact Joe Menzer at jmenzer@umcclean.com and he can help assist in getting this set up.

We continue to monitor the situation very closely and will make all efforts to keep the buildings up an operational during this event.

In the event of a confirmed case the following steps should be taken:
  • Notify a PM of the CONFIRMED case.
  • Local board of health as well as CDC should be notified immediately.
  • Tenant’s should isolate the areas that the impacted employee was known to have been. Inquire as to their use of building amenities.
  • Tenant’s in the building will be notified of the confirmed case.
  • Management will reach out to disaster recovery company in which cleaning procedures will follow CDC guidelines.

Thank you,

Trinity Partners Property Management
